Our trainers are real, relatable and approachable. Personal training sessions provide you with more than an hour’s of fitness, they provide motivation and support for you to redefine your limits.
We also offer Youth PT’s which are ideal for those between six- sixteen. Whether trying boxing for the first time or building on their current experience, our highly skilled, motivating and friendly trainers provide the one-on-one bespoke focus and support they need to progress.
