Led by experienced boxers, each session blends pad work, bag drills, and bodyweight exercises to build strength, endurance, and agility. Pad work with one of our expert trainers, mixed with bag work, this is the class for you if you want to sharpen up and sweat it out!

Our Boxing Technique Class focuses on developing the skill, precision, and ring IQ of real boxing. Guided by experienced coaches, you’ll refine your stance, footwork, defense, and punch combinations through focused drills and partner work. Perfect for those looking to sharpen their fundamentals, improve timing, and build authentic boxing ability — whether you’re a beginner or an experienced boxer aiming to level up your craft.

Our Boxing Strength Class is designed to build the power, stability, and endurance needed for peak boxing performance. Using functional strength training, resistance exercises, and core work, you’ll develop the power and explosiveness that translate directly to your punches and movement in the ring. This session focuses on controlled technique, proper form, and progressive strength building — perfect for anyone looking to get stronger, fitter, and more powerful.

Let’s get technical, this will get you focusing on the basics of foot work and what are trainers recommend for all beginner boxers.
The Build and Burn or the classic BoxBaby are both great classes for more advanced boxers to elevate fitness and progress training to the next level.
If you have your own gloves, bring them. If not, we do have gloves available to use or purchase at the club. Wraps can be purchased for £10.
